Artifact AI exists to redefine the future of accounting. We’re building the world’s first truly agentic accounting platform—one that eliminates manual work entirely and positions accountants in their highest-value role as trusted advisors. From real-time understanding of every bill and invoice through to perfectly reconciled, audit-ready ledgers, our agents operate end-to-end inside the systems firms already trust. This is not a marginal improvement. This is the foundation of a new profession. We want you to be part of it.

What we’re looking for:
- You’ve hit the top tier in something hard. That could be IOI / ICPC / top ~1% Codeforces, a serious medal in math/physics, national-level sport, elite-level music — or any craft where “good” isn’t remotely close to “best.”

- You understand what real excellence costs: years of repetition, brutal feedback loops, tradeoffs, and consistency when nobody’s watching.

- You don’t deliver “your piece.” You deliver the outcome. If the system is slow, unstable, insecure, or fragile — that’s still on you.

- You’re fine operating without perfect specs. You can navigate ambiguity, define the problem, and hold yourself to a high bar without needing to be pushed.

- You’re not here for comfort. This isn’t a 9–5, and it’s not designed to be.

- You believe “huge teams” are often a symptom — a patch for fuzzy thinking, bad architecture and week leadership.

- You care way too much about data models and invariants, because you’ve watched systems decay when people treat modeling like paperwork.

Strong signals (big bonus):
Background at top-tier tech / AI / quant shops
Founder or early-stage startup experience
Experience working with financial data

This is intentionally not a broad search.
